So get ready for an unconventional review. My wife and I worked with Cameron as buyers in the east bay for pushing two years, and we ended up not buying property. For anyone who has been in the market in this area, you will immediately recognize that this in no way reflects poorly on Cameron. The market is overheated and very tight. We simply didn't find what we needed. Cameron never pushed, never got impatient, and always advocated fundamentally for our stated needs, and desires. He often repeated to us that he would work with us as long as it took and that if we didn't find a home we wanted, there was no skin off his nose. As it turns out, we ended up purchasing in a different market, and it was the correct market for us. So all I can say is that there was never a shred of self-interest in Cameron's dealings with us, in his recommendations, or in his expert and very insightful advice. …

The model of real estate commissions means he gets no commission for that. And yet our life is unfolding with nothing but support from him. He's a mensch. He's got savvy insights about people and real property, a very pithy approach to his service, he is a good negotiator, but also a really fair negotiator, and a stand-up human being in a pretty pressured context.
